1. This must be done from within Caspio. Only an EAP staff person familiar with Caspio can do this step.

2. Go to Invest EAP account >> EAP Financial Database app. >> Views >> Combined__CPI_State_Export>>Edit

3. Click Next>Next>Criteria(tab). The criteria is set so that three things must all be true:

a) Detailed records for a specified Calendar Year only.

b) Non-VABIR (State) accounts only

c) Only active accounts (i.e., accounts where Master_End-Date is blank).​

d) Change the value in CY to current CY

e) Click Finish.

   4. Go to Tools (top of page)>>Export.

   5. Choose Export data (records and files). Then Add View. Choose "Combined_CPI_State_Export"

   6. Click Export

   7. Download the zip file at top center of screen (click on it) and then open the folder.  The Excel file will appear. Open it and Save it as appropriate. 

   8. Repeat Steps 2 and 5 above for Combined__CPI_VABIR_Export, except in Step 5 choose "Combined_CPI_VABIR_Export"
