
EAP Financial Database
Here's a map of how the Account Income part of the database works. This is the part of the database where we track the income from our accounts and their yearly fees. Each account has a Master Record that records basic info about the company/organization.

For each Master Record, an account also has one Detailed Record for each Calendar Year, detailing its fees in that year. Please note that records will only appear for currently active accounts.

Database
We enter income from OD services we provide, workshops we deliver and the fees we charge for the Resilient Workplace Certification in the second tab above. Expenses are entered for both the State and VABIR in their respective tabs above.
Click button to right to download list of initial changes made to account info. when the new EAP Financial Database was created in Jan 2024. Please note that due to many corrections made at the start of 2024, the historical data for 2022 and 2023 will not be 100% accurate.
Annual Export for Business Office
Each year in October we must run through a series of steps to produce a list of accounts for the DAIL Business Office, which specifies how much that account will owe the following calendar year.
Export correct data
First we need to prepare the data to export and ensure we export the correct active account data
Run formulas in Excel & Produce Report
Manipulate exported file, add needed columns, formulas and formatting to create report.
Upload and import new data
The newly created Excel data must now be uploaded into Caspio
